Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public
holidays).
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
2. Domestic Shipping (Malaysia)
West Malaysia: Delivery within 3–5 business days.
East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): Delivery within 5–7 business days.
Shipping fees: RM8 (West Malaysia), RM12 (East Malaysia).
Free shipping is available for orders above RM150.
4. Courier Partners
We work with trusted couriers such as PosLaju, J&T Express, Ninja Van, DHL, and other reliable partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your email
or SMS.
You can track your order via our website or the courier’s tracking page.
6. Shipping Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather,
festive seasons, or customs inspections.
We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
