Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully:

1. Return Period

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

2. Eligibility for Returns
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging with tags still attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
3. Non-Returnable Items
  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Innerwear, lingerie, swimwear, and socks (for hygiene reasons).
  • Digital products, gift cards, and perishable goods.
4. Exchanges (Size/Color Issues)

Clothing items can be exchanged for a different size or color (subject to availability).
If the desired size/color is not available, you may request a refund or store credit.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the order.
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is faulty, defective, or the wrong item was sent, we cover the return shipping fee.

7. Refund Method & Processing Time

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
If you paid via online banking or FPX, please allow additional time for bank processing.

8. Conditions for Rejection of Refund
  • The product shows signs of wear, washing, perfume, or stains (e.g., makeup, deodorant).
  • The tags/labels are missing or tampered with.
  • The request is made after the 14-day return window.
