1. Tracking Number

• Enter your Order ID (provided in your confirmation email) and your email address.
• Click Track to view the latest shipping status.

3. Courier Tracking

You may also track directly on the courier’s website (e.g., PosLaju, J&T Express, Ninja Van, DHL) using the tracking number provided.

4. Tracking Updates

Tracking information is usually updated within 24 hours after your order has been dispatched.
Please allow some time for the system to reflect your latest status.

5. Problems with Tracking
